How does our anxiety healing program work?

At Mindful Direction, our 8-session program for healing anxiety offers a holistic approach that balances your Masculine and Feminine energies. Anxiety often arises when these energies are out of alignment—either blocked or overworked—creating disharmony in our daily lives. This imbalance can manifest as feelings of insecurity, fear, and a lack of ease or abundance. Anxiety may also stem from the accumulation of traumatic experiences, which, when stored in the body over time, can lead to both emotional and physical symptoms.

Each session lasts 2 hours and takes place on a weekly basis, carefully designed to bring deep healing and balance to your energy system.

Session 1: Initial Assessment

In this first session, we will explore your history with anxiety, family dynamics, and your beliefs about anxiety. Through this in-depth interview, we will uncover the root causes and symptoms, providing us with valuable insights into how anxiety manifests in your life. This crucial session helps to identify inherited or socially conditioned beliefs that contribute to your current anxiety.

Sessions 2, 3, 4: Energy Healing

During these energy healing sessions, we will assess your energetic system, focusing on the chakras and imbalances in your body. The goal is to restore the flow of energy and release fear-based blockages.

Key focus areas include:

  • Vagus Nerve & Chakra Balance: We'll assess the overactive or underactive chakras and bring them into alignment. Particular attention will be given to where fear and anxiety are stored in your organs.

  • Connecting to Your Higher Self: Messages from your Inner Child will help identify past traumatic experiences contributing to your anxiety, focusing on the Throat and Heart Chakras.

  • Earth Star Chakra: We will gather insights related to your sense of safety and security, both in your past and present life.

  • Solar Plexus Chakra: As the primary source of anxiety, this chakra will be balanced to help dissolve stored trauma.

  • Chakra Opening: All chakras will be opened for smoother, balanced energy flow.

Sessions 5, 6, 7: Meditation or Hypnotherapy

These sessions focus on finding and healing the root cause of your anxiety. Depending on your preference, you can choose between Hypnotherapy or Meditation.

Hypnotherapy Sessions:

  • We'll delve into your subconscious to find the root cause of your anxiety.

  • You will gain an understanding of which events from your past triggered your anxiety.

  • Through compassion and non-judgment, we'll work on accepting and releasing these events, allowing healing to occur.

  • After the sessions, you will receive a personalized recording designed to help reprogram your subconscious and heal the anxiety linked to past traumas.

Meditation Sessions:

  • Based on the energetic assessment, meditation and breathing techniques will be tailored to help balance overpowering energies in specific chakras.

  • We will focus on the Root Chakra for stability and safety and dive deeper into the Solar Plexus or Sacral Chakra to uncover the traumatic events that caused anxiety.

  • Meditation techniques will help promote peace and balance through mindful breathing.

Session 8: Final Assessment & Meditation

In this closing session, we will revisit your energetic progress and assess the shifts that have occurred in your body. We will use meditation to connect with your Higher Self, seeking guidance for living a balanced, harmonious life moving forward. This session aims to empower you with tools to maintain peace and alignment beyond our time together.
